Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with at least 5 years of litigation experience. The right candidate will be familiar with the discovery process, cite-checking/Sherardizing and E-Filing in federal & state courts. EOE


Responsibilities Include:

  • Drafts cover letters and other correspondence.
  • Organizes, manages and updates client files/pleadings (electronic and paper copies).
  • Indexes and summarizes documents and depositions.
  • Performs basic legal and factual research (including electronic and paper copies).
  • Discovery and substantive motion support, such as drafting and preparing, as commensurate with skill set

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years relevant experience.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple time-sensitive tasks.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with large document intensive cases.
  • Proficient in Lexis, Westlaw, Microsoft Word, Excel and ADOBE Acrobat Professional.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate.
