Corporate Paralegal

We are seeking a Corporate Paralegal to assist attorney(s) by creating organizational and dissolution documents for corporations (including non-profit corporations), LLCs and partnerships, and related documents.

Essential Duties

• Formation, merger, and dissolution of corporations, non-profit corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships.
• Draft governing documents such as bylaws and operating agreements.
• Prepare annual corporate maintenance.
• Draft shareholder and Board of Director minutes.
• Assist with purchase and sale transactions.
• Create deeds and miscellaneous regulatory filings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a corporate paralegal in a law firm or the equivalent required.
• Four-year college degree or equivalent is required.
• ABA approved paralegal certificate is required.

Position: Non-Exempt

Location: Century City. 5 days onsite for the first 90-days, then 4 days per week onsite, 1 day remote thereafter. 

Salary: $95k - $110k base
