Litigation Paralegal Assistant Job Details:
Snell & Wilmer is seeking a Paralegal Assistant to provide essential support to Paralegals and Attorneys within the Litigation practice group in the Phoenix office. This role involves assisting with complex litigation matters, maintaining case files, and ensuring smooth case management throughout all phases of litigation.
The hours for this position are from Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the office.
Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Experience and Qualifications:
Education: Baccalaureate degree and paralegal certificate from an ABA-accredited program (or a combination of education and experience)
Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to produce high-quality, error-free work
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Time Management: Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment
Independence & Initiative: A self-starter who can work independently with appropriate supervision while proactively seeking assistance when needed
